Payment is required to hold your reservation
Due to limited seating, we require at least a 72 hour notice for all cancellations or changes to reservations. Cancellations made prior to the 72 hour notice will incur a 20 % cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours and no shows will be charged the full amount. Reservations can be transferred to other family members or friends before or after the 72 hour notice without being charged a fee.
Participants should be aware that sleigh rides are a winter activity and need to be prepared for winter driving conditions. Sleigh Rides will go out rain, snow, or shine so be prepared and dress accordingly. In the case of extreme abnormal weather conditions, the sleigh ride may need to be changed or cancelled. Rescheduling and refunds will be at the discretion of the operator and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All rescheduling and cancellations must be made over the phone
It is the customer's responsibility to notify Idaho Sleigh Rides if anyone in their group has any food allergies or any special dietary needs when making reservations for a ride including a meal.
By making a reservation for a sleigh ride you hereby acknowledge that participating on a sleigh ride has inherent risks, hazards, and dangers that cannot be eliminated. Idaho Sleigh Rides, its employees, and staff will do everything that they can to ensure your safety during your visit. Horses and weather can be unpredictable. You understand that these risks, hazards, and dangers are without limitation. By voluntarily participating on a sleigh ride you are accepting and assuming any and all risks.
